Now we need a Sales & Growth hacker — scrappy, ambitious, and obsessed with building systems that drive real results. You will learn, build, and fly all at once, building automations, running outbound, crafting messaging, and breaking into enterprise accounts.
What you will do:
Outbound automation & Execution – lead sourcing & enrichment, workflow orchestration, multichannel outreach, and own generating X/meetings per week. Document and iterate a scalable outreach playbook (scripts, workflows, sequences).
Marketing: Support marketing collateral creation—one-pagers, email templates, slide decks.
Inbox and CRM – Manage, automate, and enrich
Warm‑Intro Network Orchestration – Build network for warm intro
Be the multiplier: work directly with the founder to test campaigns, refine messaging, and double down on what works.
Relationship Nurture – Ideate and execute best ways to nurture relationships
Buy Time: Use LLMs across the board including GTM, sales, and ops.
